Somewhere on the edge of a scream, ululating, piercing, angry, ragged; he could not call it crying. It seemed more a shout of rage at the universe, at this place, at him. He wished it would stop.

So, interestingly, according to the little algorithm I’ve created, I’m managing to break even on my first print run, whilst still being able to give out plenty of review copies. Algorithm is probably a bit of a grandiose term for what is effectively:
(Net Profit) / (Cost per Copy) = Review Copies
However it does mean that if I sell a certain number, then review copies are...
